"The world is too big to stay in one place, and life is too short to do just one thing"
As a classically trained dancer, I developed a strong passion for movement and control of the human body at an early age. I decided to join the physiotherapy world to further fuel my keen interest in Human Kinetics and completed my Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy in 2015.
In early 2016, I became a certified yoga instructor to widen my knowledge and perfect my understanding of movement, breathing, and motor patterning. As I combined this approach to my physiotherapy assessment and treatment skills, I was able to witness such value in the journey of my clients, especially the ones suffering from ongoing aches and pains.
My own journey of life-long learning is never ending, and I continue to take various additional post-graduate courses to offer effective treatment options. Most recently, in 2023, I embarked on my journey with my Pelvic Health certifications, which felt like such a natural progression after spending years honing in on the importance of core, spine and breathwork and how it is all so intertwined! This has allowed me to deepen my understanding of persistent pain, common conditions and explore new avenues and solutions with my patients.
I always strive to maintain a healthy lifestyle and enjoy a variety of activities such as running, yoga, weight training, swimming, and beach volleyball. I'm an avid traveler always looking to discover new places.
