As a classically trained dancer, I developed a strong passion for movement and control of the human body at an early age.
I decided to join the physiotherapy world to further fuel my keen interest in Human Kinetics and completed my Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy in 2015.
In early 2016, I became a certified yoga instructor to widen my knowledge and perfect my understanding of movement, breathing, and motor patterning.
As I combined this approach to my physiotherapy assessment and treatment skills, I was able to witness such value in the journey of my clients, especially the ones suffering from ongoing aches and pains.
This motivated me to continue taking various additional post-graduate courses to offer effective treatment options and further deepen my understanding of persistent pain.
I always strive to maintain a healthy lifestyle and enjoy a variety of activities such as running, yoga, weight training, swimming, and beach volleyball.
I'm an avid traveler always looking to discover new places.
