Q. What Should I Wear to my Wellness Class?
We suggest athletic wear that breathes easily and allows you to MOOV freely! You are welcome to attend our classes barefoot or with clean indoor shoes.
Q. Where Can I Change/Freshen Up?
As we are a small, multidisciplinary wellness space, we recommend traveling light to our space to avoid things being left behind 😉. You will have access to four individual gender neutral changing rooms/showers and a cubby area to put your personal belongings. One of our team members will be happy to get you oriented with the layout of our space and how to access these on your first visit with us.
Q. What Should I Expect During My First Training Session?
At MOOV, we offer a 30 min complimentary session that will primarily focus on discussing your health and fitness history as well as understanding your goals. This is a great opportunity to connect with your personal trainer and see if you are a great fit to carry out inspiring goals together! This session also typically includes a series of simple fitness tests to establish a baseline for your personalized training program. Your trainer will also introduce you to the training methodology and set a clear roadmap for your fitness journey, ensuring comfort and clarity from the start.
Q. How Often Should I Train With My Personal Trainer to See Results?
The frequency of your training sessions will depend on your personal goals, lifestyle, and fitness level. Most clients see significant benefits with 2 sessions per week, especially when combined with guidance on activities and exercises to perform on their own. Your trainer will recommend a schedule that maximizes your results, balancing intensity and recovery.
