Q. What Should I Wear to my Wellness Class?
We suggest athletic wear that breathes easily and allows you to MOOV freely! You are welcome to attend our classes barefoot or with clean indoor shoes.
Q. Where Can I Change/Freshen Up?
As we are a small, multidisciplinary wellness space, we recommend traveling light to our space to avoid things being left behind 😉. You will have access to four individual gender neutral changing rooms/showers and a cubby area to put your personal belongings. One of our team members will be happy to get you oriented with the layout of our space and how to access these on your first visit with us.

We recommend attending MOOV classes at least two to three times per week to start noticing improvements in strength, flexibility, and overall wellness. Combining different types of classes, such as Mindful Mobility and Total Strength, can provide a well-rounded fitness routine. Our instructors can help you create a personalized schedule that aligns with your goals.
