"Tremendous progress can be made if we persevere through difficult challenges."
— Jimmy Carter
My journey actually started as a Registered Massage Therapist, where I fostered my initial love for hands-on therapy. Being an avid lifelong learner, I completed my Master of Health Science in Physiotherapy from the University of Ottawa in 2010, following Bachelor Degrees in Physical and Health Education, Biology and Education from Queen’s University.
My thirst for mastering hands-on therapy and clinical reasoning, led me to continue my education while working as a Physiotherapist, earning a Master of Clinical Science in Manipulative Physiotherapy at Western University in 2014. I am a proud Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy.
I believe we are all greater in our roles when we share knowledge and work collaboratively. Like my esteemed mentor, Lenerdene Levesque, I always endeavor to mix the best of evidencebased treatments to find the most effective solutions for my clients… and am extremely passionate about sharing dialogue and experiences with my colleagues on an ongoing basis!
Between my cumulative life and professional experiences, I have developed a keen professional interest for exercise-based treatment, sports injuries and dry needling. Additionally, I believe the success of my practice lies in my passion to combine targeted hands-on and exercise-based interventions to my clients.
Beyond this, as a resident of beautiful Chelsea, I enjoy cycling on every type of bike, padding sea kayaks, multi-day thru-hiking and the occasional adventure race!
