My greatest passion is helping people move and feel their best! My journey in the health and fitness world has been deeply fulfilling and began actually in a background of Contemporary Dance. Following this, I became a Certified Personal Trainer, specializing in functional movement.
My background in Fine Arts also speaks to my creative side and gives me a unique lens. I love to bring creativity, critical thinking, and leadership into my coaching. I’ve had the pleasure of working with clients from all walks of life, and I truly believe in the power of a holistic approach to health.
I’m also a proud graduate of The Foot Collective’s “Foot Nerd” Program, which has given me a deep understanding of foot health and its impact on overall well-being. I love seeing people build strong foundations and discover how empowering and enjoyable movement can be.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me biking through trails, hiking, or exploring the vibrant city of Ottawa! I’m dedicated to helping others develop a love for movement and health and hope to inspire others in the community to join our MOOVment!
