After completing my undergraduate degree in Health Sciences at Western University in 2018, I fell in love with the Eastern Ontario region, as I moved to Kingston to successfully earn my Masters of Science in Physical Therapy at Queen’s University.
Growing up as a competitive gymnast and volleyball player, I was introduced to the Physiotherapy profession at a young age from a patient’s perspective, which sparked my passion to become a Physiotherapist.
After graduating, I quickly completed my full Pelvic Health certification allowing me to to help individuals suffering from incontinence and pelvic pain. This rounds out my love in treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions, including sports injuries which remains a strong passion of mine from my background in competitive sports.
Working together as a team with clients, taking a whole-person approach to achieve meaningful goals is an important part of my physiotherapy practice.
I look forward to continuing to expand my knowledge in the field and sharing this with my clients and the community, at large.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my partner and mini aussiedoodle, hiking, traveling, yoga, weight lifting, and skiing/snowboarding.
